Are Norwegians rich? Norway: $78.000, Sweden: $44.000 (nominal, capita per head)?

I was shocked by this statistic. Would I moving to Oslo and work there for half a year, really be able to ask a 75% higher salary? How come Norway is so rich compared to Sweden?
