My husband has this feeling in his skin like its thawing and he breaks out in a sweat and feels ill.?

this is the second time it's happened to him and it is scary his body is burning and skin feels like its crawling and he breaks out in a seat and feels ill then it goes away after like 30 minutes. Does anyone know what this could be. Please serious people answer only.
