I mentioned that in my previous answer to your previous question.. that if a Hadith contradicts the Quran, you have to discard it. Yes, that is one example, death penalty for apostasy. because according to Quran, an apostate will be forgiven if he reverts back and repent. (according to hadith that is not possible if you kill the apostate).
