I have a sore throat help?

well saturday it started with 103 fever. apparently i have the flu. but i have a congested cough and sore throat. i tried the salt water trick either i cant do far back or the soreness is to back. My mom said she was going to get me something tomorrow at the store. but can i do anything tonight? im not a tea person and no lemonade so i cant do the whole honey trick. am i stuck till tomorrow?
