How can I fall asleep?

At school yesterday me and my crush sat down during recess and we laughed and talked. i think he kind of likes me to but i dont know for sure. he siad that tommorrow we can sit and talk again during recess. I really really like him and ive been thinking about it so much today that i can't go to sleepp. we are in the same grade but he is 12 and im 11. it is 3:56 in morning and i cant go to sleep so i decided to get on the computer. i want to go and get some water but im scared my mom will find out that i am up and that i am on the computer. how can i go to sleep? i am so excited about school tommorrow! i have to wake up at 6:30.
