Try eating a healthy, balanced breakfast, lunch and recess and see how you go. When you don't eat for a long time but are still on the move your blood levels drop and you start to crave sweet stuff as a quick fix. Your body also thinks ur in the middle of a famine and holds onto the calories, making you gain weight, not to mention junk food are high cal anyway. How can u not expect to be hungry after not eating all day???
