I am sick of my neighbour who is always complaining of non-existent noise to Environmental Health Department?

You approach environmental health and ask them to install sound equipment,either to your neighbours property or yours..That will show if she is being unreasonable..I do understand how she feels though if she wants total peace and quiet as i sometimes do but if we have close neighbours,i'm afraid we just have to adapt and overcome...................
