I want to join this site but I don't know if its safe, any advice?

I want to join 21tury.com. Its the biggest site on the web and their customer support section looks really impressive. They are based in Hungary and teh Czech republic. I want to join but not sure if its safe...bit edgy about giving my debit card details to a site. Any advice?
