White Lebanese Person?

My brother brought home a girl to meet my whole family(being Italian, we are very family oriented) I think he plans on marrying her, or at least it is heading that way. I ume she is Italian, Albanian or Greek or something. She was pretty good looking, I really didn't think much of what she was as I umed she was one of the above. Little did I know, she was Lebanese, a Christian I guess. But I thought Lebanese were arab looking. Is this common for Lebanese people? Are there white lebanese? Because she seems it. Quite frankly, I wouldn't be so keen on my brother marrying an arab looking girl, but she doesn't seem arab.
