Did anyone have pregnancy symptoms during the 2ww?

Im a little over half way through the dreadful 2 week wait, and unlike with my last pregnancy, I havent really had any symptoms yet. With my son, I knew I was pregnant before I got the official BFP, because of the very sore , tiredness, and nausea. This time I really havent noticed anything other than some very painful cramping that lasted 3 days, at 3-4-5 dpo. But nothing since. Also, has anyone had completely different pregnancy experiences/symptoms in the beginning of two different pregnancies? Im hoping im pregnant, and that this pregnancy is just very different from my last one.
