Martha's vineyard/ portland Maine/ Boston, Vrabel pats jersey?

Ok, so I'm in Martha's Vineyard at the moment, and in a week or two I'm driving up to Portland Maine. I'm looking for a Patriots jersey (Preferabley with Vrabel on the back) and ideas where i can get one? Also i will have a day in Boston at the end of my trip, so if theres any place there, around Quincy maybe? anyway, just looking for some suggestions
